I currently run my own online fitness consulting business which allows me to travel outside of my home country of Australia and visit the world - there is so much of it to see out there! As a certified personal trainer I am very passionate about fitness and personal growth. Dealing with a wide array of students and clients has taught me valuable lessons in coaching and one of them is that we learn more efficiently when we are having fun! The best lesson is a fun lesson - and I see the results of this motto in the growth experienced by my clients and the students I helped.
