Education

I'm a native English speaker from the northern/middle part of the USA (Think the movie "Fargo" without the horrible accent :) ) . I undertook my B.A in Sociology and German Culture from SDSU, and will be finished with my Master Degree in International Relations Spring 2019 from a German University. During my B.A I focused on the study of behavior in Sociology, which I have found helps great in individualizing my tutoring students, to help them get the best experience possible in their learning experience. I currently only have 2 open spots left starting in Sept.

Experience

I spent years working on my second language of German, so I can relate how hard it is to learn a new langauge. Over the past two years I have experience with tutoring high school students in Germany, where I help come up with individual ways for easier understanding (games, pictures, etc.) I also have years of coach young girls in volleyball and basketball. Between my B.A and M.A I spent 3 years as an international manager in a global company, and have worked along side with Global VPs. So if it's learning new vocab, how to write an English essay, studying for your next English test, better speaking skills, or business language skills, I'm your gal!

Hobbies

My hobbies range from yoga, sports, painting (badly :D ), to hiking out with my bf and dog. I enjoy exploring new cultures and vegan food, while meeting new people. This past year I spent time as an intern for a VP of HR Learning and Development in a global company, where I was able to learn different skills to help teach any topic to anyone who wants to learn. I can also tutor with groups of 2 persons if interested.
